The Science
Provides you with an interdisciplinary framework of research and statistical analyses from a wide range of disciplines, including ophthalmology, rhetoric, neuroscience, psychophysics, health care, cognition, psychology, and many more.

The Content
Teaches you how to transform complex technical, instructional, and other fact-based, verifiable business content. Applies across all fields, genres, and media, regardless of subject matter.

The Design
Empowers you with evidence-based guidelines and the rationale behind them. Aligns with the natural way that human beings perceive and process information to help you create content that is both usable and beautiful.
Ground-Breaking and Empowering
Innovative Methodology
Science-Based Content Design is a one-of-a-kind program with ground-breaking new methods for learning and implementing evidence-based guidelines that reduce redundancy, enhance clarity, and facilitate engagement.
From this...

Usability First
Science-Based Content Design is not about making things beautiful or interesting – it’s about making things usable. It just so happens (and research shows) that what is usable is beautiful.

Paradigm Shift
Science-based design reframes the awkward and misleading “content vs. design” paradigm into a new and powerful paradigm of language, ideas, and design. It redefines content in terms of how human beings perceive and process information. It reflects the anatomical, neurological, and psychological processes we use to derive meaning from the world around us.
By understanding how our bodies and minds transform visual stimuli into real-world behaviors and beliefs, we can take charge of how our content is created and consumed, and facilitate the success of both organizations and individuals, and of both content consumers and content creators.

Practical Application
Science-Based Content Design is about outcomes. It takes an interdisciplinary body of knowledge and transforms it into specific, actionable guidelines for making real-world content-design decisions that transform your content.
