Currently, I’m a Solutions Architect who helps people make sense of their content and its use. I’ve worked in technical communication for 20 years, and I’ve pretty much done it all – technical writing, information design, CMS development, process improvement, and lately, digital content creation, publishing, and delivery, just to name a few. I’ve done XML since 2003 and DITA since 2010. I’ve looked at tech comms from both business and IT side, and am at my best as an interpreter between these two sides – business and IT don’t always speak the same language! For the past years, I’ve been a consultant and worked with several different companies helping them with the digitalization of technical documentation.
