Is This You?
Have you ever:
You're Not Alone!
The key to making effective design decisions lies in understanding human perception, attention, and pleasure. In this workshop, we’ll start with a foundation that clarifies the some of parallels between how we perceive and process information and how we design and develop information.
We’ll start with a brief look at the overall perception process and then focus specifically on how we naturally categorize visual stimuli. Then we’ll dive into how we can use that knowledge to create content that effectively directs our users’ attention, reinforces information-seeking behavior, facilitates understanding, and leads to success – both for our users and ourselves.
